TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms of service below.-Payment must be done before starting a project. The only currency accepted is USD through PayPal only.
- NO cancellation/refunds once started
-Communication conducted via DM or email. Updates will be provided throughout project duration.Copyright / Usage Policy
-The client must credit the artist when sharing or displaying the artwork (Do not claim my art as yours even if you payed me)
- I, the artist hold every right to the produced drawing, no the commissioner. Therefore, all artwork can be utilized on my social media and portfolio.
-If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork comercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures, or altering the artwork without my consent.If you file a chargeback against me, you will be forbidden to comission me ever again. I also have the right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.email me at [email protected]
